1. Services Description

1.1 Free Starter Kit

A complimentary PDF guide containing travel preparation information for visitors to China, including payment setup guides, eSIM recommendations, must-have apps, and arrival checklists. The Starter Kit is provided free of charge.

1.2 Shenzhen Playbook ($19 USD)

A curated PDF guide featuring 12 walking routes and 50+ researched points of interest in Shenzhen. Includes offline maps and detailed recommendations. Available for instant download.

1.3 Personalized Itinerary ($69 USD)

A custom 1–3 day travel plan for Shenzhen, tailored to your dates, interests, budget, and travel style. Includes verified POIs with maps, WhatsApp support, and 1 revision.

1.4 Shenzhen Companion ($129 USD)

A comprehensive 4–7 day itinerary with 12 walking routes, priority support (2-hour response time), 2 revisions, and offline maps export.

2. User Responsibilities

2.1 Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when ordering our services, including:

  • Travel dates and duration
  • Interests and preferences
  • Budget level
  • Contact information (email, WhatsApp)
  • Any accessibility or mobility requirements

Inaccurate or incomplete information may affect the quality of your itinerary.

2.2 Timely Communication

To ensure timely delivery and revisions, you agree to:

  • Respond to our requests for additional information within 24 hours
  • Review your itinerary promptly upon delivery
  • Submit revision requests within 7 days of receiving your itinerary

2.3 Appropriate Use

You agree not to:

  • Resell or redistribute our itineraries without written permission
  • Use our services for any unlawful purpose
  • Interfere with or disrupt our website or services

3. Payment Terms

3.1 Pricing

Our prices are:

  • Starter Kit: Free
  • Shenzhen Playbook: $19 USD
  • Personalized Itinerary: $69 USD
  • Shenzhen Companion: $129 USD

All prices are in US Dollars (USD) and inclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

3.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through Creem, our third-party payment processor. By purchasing our services, you agree to Creem's terms of service. We do not store your payment information.

3.3 Payment Confirmation

You will receive an email confirmation upon successful payment. If you do not receive confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us at [email protected].

4. Refund Policy

4.1 Paid Products

Shenzhen Playbook ($19): Digital download — available immediately after purchase. No refunds after download.

  • Personalized Itinerary ($69) and Shenzhen Companion ($129):
  • We aim to deliver your personalized itinerary within 24 hours of receiving your travel details.
  • If we cannot deliver within this timeframe, you are eligible for a full refund.
  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

4.2 Free Starter Kit

  • No refunds applicable (free product).

4.3 Refund Requests

To request a refund, email us at [email protected] with your order details and reason for the request. We will review your request and respond within 2 business days.

5. Delivery

5.1 Starter Kit

The free Starter Kit is available for immediate download on our website, or can be emailed to you upon request.

5.2 Paid Itineraries

We aim to deliver paid itineraries within 24 hours of receiving your complete travel details. Delivery is via email (PDF format) and may include additional materials (e.g., offline maps, WhatsApp support access).

5.3 Delays

While we strive to meet our 24-hour delivery target, delays may occur due to:

  • Incomplete or unclear information provided by you
  • Delays in your response to our requests for clarification
  • Unforeseen circumstances (e.g., team availability, technical issues)

If delivery exceeds 24 hours, you are eligible for a full refund per our Refund Policy.

6. Revisions

6.1 Included Revisions

  • Personalized Itinerary: 1 revision included
  • Shenzhen Companion: 2 revisions included

6.2 Revision Requests

To request a revision, reply to your delivery email with specific changes you'd like. We will update your itinerary and send a revised version within 24 hours.

6.3 Additional Revisions

Additional revisions beyond the included amount may be available upon request and subject to additional fees.

7. Disclaimers

7.1 POI Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, points of interest (POIs) may change without notice. We do not guarantee the accuracy of:

  • Business hours
  • Addresses or locations
  • Prices (e.g., menu prices, admission fees)
  • Availability of services or products

7.2 User Verification

You are responsible for verifying critical information before visiting any POI, including:

  • Confirming business hours and days of operation
  • Checking for temporary closures or special requirements
  • Verifying prices and payment methods accepted

7.3 No Guarantees

Our itineraries are recommendations based on our local knowledge and research. We do not guarantee:

  • That you will enjoy every recommendation
  • That all POIs will meet your expectations
  • That weather, traffic, or other conditions will be favorable

You are responsible for your own safety while traveling. Our itineraries do not constitute professional travel advice. Please:

  • Follow local laws and regulations
  • Exercise caution in unfamiliar areas
  • Carry appropriate travel insurance
  • Be aware of your surroundings

8. Intellectual Property

All content provided in our itineraries, including text, maps, images, and designs, is owned by Roami Travel or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

8.2 Personal Use

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use our itineraries for your personal, non-commercial travel planning. You may print or save copies for your own use during your trip.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Roami Travel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of enjoyment or disappointment
  • Travel delays or cancellations
  • Financial losses due to POI closures or changes
  • Personal injury or property damage during travel

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for our services.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Roami Travel from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of our services
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your travel decisions based on our itineraries

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Roami Travel operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
